Return Process

  Log into your Anovair account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
